HOW IT WORKS
When you work out, your body uses up ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the universal source of cellular energy. As the ATP molecule breaks down to release the energy, it turns into ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Creatine transforms the ADP back into ATP, replenishing your body’s energy stores and accelerating muscle recovery, which enables you to train more and harder.
To capitalize on the power of creatine, you first need to saturate your muscle cells with creatine. Taking about 3g to 5g of creatine per day should get you to your saturation point within 30 days.
